Abstract
This thesis aims to installing the temperature sensors and cooling mechanism in cold expeller device in Life Science laboratory as an improvement to the existing instruments. The purpose of this thesis is to measure the temperature of device when processing material. All data will be displayed on monitor. The temperature sensors will be placed in 4 different places in the expeller press device and 1 thermocouple will be placed in the cooling liquid. The sensors will measure the temperature and pressure and send the data to microcontroller. Microcontroller will do signal conditioning and process the data, which then to be sent to PC for display.
