Abstract

SPC (Singapore Petroleum Company) which was founded in 1969 has invested in the oil and gas exploration and production, refining, terminalling, and distribution, marketing and trading of crude and refining petroleum products. In Indonesia, SPC brand performance is not yet well known by Indonesia’s customers, especially in its automotive field. This research is meant to review and analyze the brand performance of SPC in Indonesia. The means to review and analyze the brand performance will be done through satisfaction and preferences. This thesis research results show that satisfaction and preferences of customers do affect brand performance of SPC.
