Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyzing the import procedures in Indonesia for Kettenwulf Company. It is mainly focus on the regulations, especially the import regulation in Indonesia. These studies of regulations will then be the strategy for Kettenwulf Company for exports their goods to Indonesia. This research is using qualitative method, by interview approach. The interview respondents will be from the expertise in export and import and also the officers that handle the export and import regulation. The secondary data is involve using the data, which is taken from the internet, articles, data from the companies and the data from the directorate general customs and excise. After all the data are gathered, it will become the strategy for Kettenwulf Company to make the export easier and know how to handle the regulation in Indonesia. In conclusion, there are also so many companies doing export and import because of some reasons and it is recommended for Indonesia government to improve their services and regulations.
