Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify, understand, and see how the effects of enterprise risk management implementation toward company’s financial performance. The research is conducted through case study method since case study can observe particular issue in depth. Due to the inadequate time, resource, and information, this research covers one company as the case study material. The methodology on how to carry out this research is by identifying and measuring the effect of before and after enterprise risk management (ERM) implementation toward company’s financial performance indicators such as net income, return on equity (ROE), and operating cash flow (OCF). However the research uses statistical method such as multiple linear regression, dummy variable, and F-test to answer the hypothesis. In conclusion, by conducting the case study, people can understand the effect of ERM toward company’s financial performance and the importance of it.
