Abstract

With more competitive on world economics and changing dynamics of business environment due to market and every industry that fundamentally changing on every city, this influence begin to shaped their property development. Within every year after year property has never stopped to incourage people to try developed even more. This is a challenge on every development company to increase their passion to bring more developing product for customers. New way to improve and give new method to increase the quality for new changing on work method are calls for Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is a fundamental rethinking and radical redesign of business processes to achieve dramatic improvements in critical contemporary measures of performance such as cost, speed, quality and service (Ozcelik, 2010). This study explored the effect of BPR on organization performance on construction division PT.XYZ. The study empoyed descriptive research design. Data were obtained from primary sources and were analysed using Multiple Regression Analysis. The result of analysis revealed that there was a significant relationship on Change Management and Flatter Structure but there is no significant on Management Commitment. Based on the finding, the study concluded that BPR is vital model for improvement on company organizational performance and achievement of long term growth and competitive advantage. It is recommended that for BPR to serve as effective tool for organizations improvement and performance, management commitment should be important to support, training and education of employess are very important to know more about operational process on organizational.
