Abstract

UPVC windows and doors had entered Indonesian market, especially Jabodetabek area for the past 5-10 years, and got a decent reception from the market as substitute product of woods windows and doors. The major problems emerged as UPVC manufacturer face the challenge to implement the Supply Chain Collaboration and inflexibility of the supplier. The main purpose of this research areto define the correlation of the Supply chain Collaboration towards Supplier Flexibility, Supplier Flexibility towards Delivery Dependability and Supply Chain Collaboration towards Delivery Dependability. The data in this research was collected by using questionnaires that is distributed to UPVC manufacturers in Jabodetabek area. The regression results shown that Supply Chain Collaboration has positively correlation with Supplier Flexibility, Supplier Flexibility has positive correlation with Delivery Dependability and lastly Supply Chain Collaboration has direct positive impact towards Delivery Dependability.In conclusion,UPVC manufacturer could implement the Supply Chain Collaboration strategy to improve the Supplier Flexibility and Delivery dependability. On the other hand, finding supplier with better flexibility will also improve Delivery Dependability, but such condition is not feasible with current UPVC business situation. Lastly the most suitable and effective strategy to improve the Delivery Dependability of UPVC manufacturer is to implement the Supply Chain Collaboration.
