Abstract
The purpose of this research is to observe, assess and learn the process of scrum implementation in PT XYZ custom software development team. The research will study how the team worked using waterfall methodology, the process of scrum implementation in the development process and the experience after implementing scrum. The data will be obtained through observation of the process done by the custom software development team and interview of several selected team members. The data collected will be analyzed using qualitative data analysis. The study shows that the implementation of scrum in the development process has bring some improvements, while some other issues also arise after the implementation of scrum.
