Abstract

This study aims to know whether financial compensation affects employee productivity inThe Dharmawangsa Jakarta, to know if direct compensation hasa stronger effect on employee productivity than indirect compensation in The Dharmawangsa Jakarta, and to know if salary has the strongest effect on employee productivity than other indicators in The Dharmawangsa Jakarta. The method used in this study is quantitative by spread the questionnaires at The Dharmawangsa Jakarta. Data analysis that used are multiple linear regression, F-test, T-test and cross- 2 tabulation. The results showed that Fcount is 3.078 mean Fcount> Ftable (3.078 > 2.36), R is 0.079, means 7.9% of employee productivity affected by financial compensations, and the rest is 92.1% affected by other variables not examined in this study, tcount for direct compensation (X1) is -1.047 means tcount< ttable (-1.047 < 1.664) and sig value is 0.299, which is greater than 0.1, and asymp sig value for salary is 0.200 means >α (0.200 > 0.1). The conclusions are financial compensations affect employee productivity at The Dharmawangsa Jakarta, direct compensation does not have a stronger effecton employee productivity than indirect compensation in The Dharmawangsa Jakarta and salary does not have the strongest effect on employee productivity than other indicators in The Dharmawangsa Jakarta.
