Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of factor production in the palm oil industries at PT. XYZ. This research is mixture of quantitative and qualitative research and using both primary and secondary data, which collected from the company data including interview with the Mr. Slamat Tjiputra as Funding Division at PT. XYZ and reviewing annual data report at PT. XYZ. The data is analyze using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to identify influence factor to productions of palm oil. This study uses time series data from year 2007 until 2016. Based on the result of research, it can be seen that land, machinery, investment and labor has positive correlation to the production of palm oil at PT. XYZ. The research also found that factor of investment is the highest factor that influence the production of palm oil in PT. XYZ. In purpose of increasing or maintaining production of palm oil at PT. XYZ the company should smart and efficient in the managing of investments.
