Abstract

The research was conducted to analyze the influence of incentive, working environment, and leadership competencies towards the productivity. This research will show which of the variables that has the most significant impact towards productivity. Questionnaire will be distributed to prove that incentives, working environment, and leadership competencies will increase the productivity. The questionnaire will be distributed to 180 employees of PT. Pratama Abadi Industry. The findings will be processed through SPSS to check the validity and reliability of the data’s and then trough AMOS to see the strength of correlation between the variables. The result shows that incentive give the significant impact towards productivity. By analyzing which of the variable that has the most impact so that can be maintained and improved and which of the variable has the least impact will become the recommendation for PT. Pratama Abadi Industry in the future.
