Abstract

This thesis discussing the comparison of Rumah Sakit Permata Cibubur’s value creation before and after it is restructuration. In order to attract more customer, Rumah Sakit Permata Cibubur converting from hospital that specialized in mother and child segment, into general hospital which accepting broader segment of customer. The significance of the value creation is able to be measured, by comparing the mean values from each independent variable, which is: Efficiencies, Effectiveness, Cost & Benefit Analysis and Economic Value Added. These data is obtained from different periods, which is: before restructuration (2010-2011) and after restructuration (2012- 2013) The analysis concluded that efficiency, effectiveness and economic value added have not experienced significant difference after the restructuration. Cost benefit analysis also does not show significant impact.
