Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to make the process of flipping paper plate automatic. In order to achieve it, methods chosen are by providing a grip less method using box or any medium to flip the supplied paper plates from the supply station and transfer them using conveyor to the packaging station. From the experiment it is successfully achieved the aforementioned goal by using stepper motor as the actuator and to integrate all component into one integrated system. By providing automated system for paper plate handling it could remove the use of manual control and it allows company to allocate their human resources into other use.
