Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the expectations of users in a music website kincir.com. Expectations are measured by dimensions websites, content, design, organization, and user-friendly from the web. Dimensions are used based on the research that has been done previously on the site quality assessment. This research conducted in Jakarta. Gap analysis is done by benchmarking kincir.com with a fan page that has been experienced before. In this case, the gap analysis methodology carried out to find the gap between the current kincir.com website quality and user expectations. Then, some of the shortcomings of the website kincir.com revealed.
