Abstract
Heat pump has been developing in most country. In Indonesia, heat pump development is relative new. There is some company which sells heat pump such PT. Lelangon. For beginning this company serves customer only in heat pump installation, hot water plumbing installation, and panel making for multi units of heat pump. From many installations, PT. Lelangon face some problems in understanding heat pump behavior. So, I have chosen to analyze heat pump monitoring system. By then, they can track heat pump problem easier. Heat pump system is base on thermodynamic theorem. It use many transfer energy and refrigerant movement cycle to produce desire energy output. The energy is used for heating the water. Many heat pump usage have done in building development, or hotel development.
