Abstract
This study purpose is to create a tool for evaluating productivity rate in PT. Panarub Industry, the object of this tool is the ALPA Project the assembly line for attaching outer sole and upper sole that uses automation robot. This ALPA project designed for flexibility, reducing human cost, increasing productivity and more precise but the actual problems is that ALPA project cannot reach its production target and have to reduce its production target. To help ALPA project increase their productivity, this study will design and develop a tool to evaluate the productivity of its assembly line. This tool purpose is to give the productivity rate data so it can be monitor root out the problems that appear. This tool will be designed using java system design with GUI that will show the result of the productivity rate and the bar chart display. By developing this tool, it should help them in reducing the time that they use in evaluating the productivity rate of ALPA project and finding a solution of the productivity problem.
