Abstract

Globalization creates more import product to entering domestic market that affecting the local retailer business, including Matahari Department Store. Matahari Department Store is one of the largest department store in Indonesia. This research aim is to analyzing the role of supply chain integration towards the lead time and to determine the most influential factors in integrated supply chain management to improve lead time. It was revealed that there are significant influences relationships between various practices of supply chain integration towards lead time. Nevertheless, it is also observeable that cross-functional team dimension of internal supply chain integration has the highest influence compared to other dimension.
