Abstract

This paper examines about the effect of inclusivity by proxy of SRI KEHATI towards financial performance. The relationship is analyzed by looking at the performance with the ratio of return on asset and return on equity. By using purposive sampling in this study, the relationship is conducted with regression analysis. By using the independent variables of SRI KEHATI, via the controlling variables of Firm Size, Equity, Net Income and Gross Domestic Product, and connect it to dependent variables of Return on Asset and Return on Equity to further estimate the statistical result, SRI KEHATI does not have significant impact on financial performance, although it does have positive relation even if it’s not that effective or direct.
