Abstract

Coffee Shop X is a newly established coffee shop in new area around BSD, they are focusing on serving great coffee with great latte art. This research examines further about the importance of latte art and also the impact of latte art towards customer satisfaction. Using SPSS ver. 17 Software and Simple Linear Regression method, a total of 70 respondent data were processed through validity and reliability test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results shows latte art does have an impact towards the customer satisfaction of Coffee Shop X. In conclusion latte art is important and Coffee Shop X should preserve latte art in their coffee shop.
