Abstract

This research will investigate the relationship between non-performing financing, capital adequacy ratio, and financing to deposit ratio towards return on assets in sharia commercial banks in Indonesia over years 2014-2018. This research used the regression panel data analysis to determine the relationship between non-performing assets, capital adequacy ratio, and financing to deposit ratio towards return on assets. The data will collect from banks‟ annual reports. The result is estimated by using the random effect model. Based on the regression model analysis, non-performing financing and financing to deposit ratio has a negative and significant impact towards return on assets. On the other hand, capital adequacy ratio has a positive and significant impact towards return on assets.
