Abstract
Urban Tourism is being developed recently in Indonesia in big cities, including Tangerang. It plays the role of representing green tourism in the center of many buildings. The urban park is one of the categories of urban tourism and already being implemented in Tangerang, such as Scientia Square Park, City Park 1 BSD, and Branchsto Equestrian Park. However, maintaining loyal tourists become one of their downsides in running the industry. Therefore, this research is to aim whether e-WoM, Destination Image, and Perceived Quality could influence Tourist Loyalty of urban parks in Tangerang. The data was collected from 105 respondents who had visited one of the urban parks in the last 12 months. The result of this study shows that e-WoM and Perceived Quality do influence Tourist Loyalty, but not destination image as the independent variable, as the online reviews or recommendation from websites and the achievable expectation from tourists could trigger their behavior of revisit and recommendation to a certain destination.
