Abstract

Health care providers are one of the service organizations that serve people. Safety of human life is very important. In order to keep people safe, good performance of doctors should be provided. A doctor have to work in a long hour in a day and treat many patients, this situation occur a fatigue of a doctors. Fatigue of doctors may reduce performance of doctors that lead to the harm of the patients. A questionnaire was distributed to gather the data, and will be analyze using Microsoft Excel to get the results. The results will be analyzed using a task analysis to find whether the performance of a doctors acceptable or unacceptable. This study also analyzed the motivation and the physical condition of the doctors when they are working. Human Performance Improvements will be purpose to find the solution.
