Abstract

Researcher and practitioner believe that organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) can increase organizational productivity and job satisfaction between employees. However, there is a little understanding about the concept of OCB between Indonesian. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the antecedents of organizational citizenship behavior using a comprehensive approach on level in organizational structure, which is procedural justice, transformational leadership, and the complexity of organizational structure. This research also analyzes the descendant of OCB, which is job satisfaction. This research is conducted in Soll Marina Hotel Serpong by distributing 115 questionnaires to its employee. The finding shows that procedural justice has an insignificant effect on employees’ OCB, transformational leadership has a significant effect on employees’ OCB, and the complexity of organizational structure has a significant effect on employees’ OCB. This research also found that OCB significantly affect job satisfaction.
