Abstract

COVID-19 has become a global health problem and has spread in almost all countries, including Indonesia. Our daily lives are faced with coexistence COVID-19, this condition continues until the time that cannot be determined when it will end. COVID-19 cases in Indonesia have increased rapidly so that it requires comprehensive efforts to break the chain of transmission. The Covid-19 virus, commonly referred as Coronavirus is impacting the business across the world. The Business atmosphere poses a significant risk of disruption, which can lead to severe revenue losses and can affect global economies. In affected regions, several firms have decreased production from the manufacturing facilities or even halted the operations, since travel restriction, social distancing, and lockdown policies were applied. However, the business processes must be ongoing to ensure business continuity. To provide a thorough response to ensure continuity for their essential goods and services, organizations must also integrate pandemic planning requirements into current resilience management activities. Currently, at PT XYZ, each department performs health protocol actions which are coordinated by the COVID-19 Task Force team. Digital technology has begun to be used in health protocol activities, but the use of technology is not maximal in its utilization. This research focuses on Digital Technologies particularly in how it can be used to minimize the spread of virus transmission. In the end, by using TOGAF ADM framework, this research will produce a blueprint in the form of architecture design for digital technology to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 in the company's area as a reference in realizing the sustainability of the company's business processes.
