Abstract
All the heavy equipment sector market is decreasing. On the other hand, construction sector market is increasing. So that PT United Tractors Tbk create new division called Used Equipment department. The demand for used equipment have escalated, The new issue has been raising as well. The management want to make 21 days lead time for production repair This thesis aim to looking for an alternative to make lead time repair at PT. United Tractors Tbk. to be 21 days for certain model unit. To make lead time repair faster, must identify for the longest repair job and standardize it using one of the lean tools that are standardized work. After using standardize work, the result of standardizing will be reviewed.
