Abstract
During the past few decades, A big flow of Indonesian patients, especially middle-upper class visit Singapore to obtain medical services. Through this phenomenon, the medical performance in Indonesia should be improved so Indonesian medical tourists could become loyal patients. This study will bring the readers further to the literature review, which has been collected and reviewed. Moreover, there was primary research that was conducted through questionnaires from 25the May to 5 the June 2015. Throughout, this research has successfully gathered 100 survey responses from the Indonesian medical tourist and their colleague who lives in Jakarta. Next, the analysis of the raw data into pertinent results has been done and then compared it to the literature reviews. For this research, there will be a lot of analysis, starting from Excel and using SPSS to check on the validity and reliability of the data. Besides that, another test will be conducted using SEM PLS and the analysis of the results will be explained. At the end of this research, it has been concluded that the there is a correlation among variables through destination familiarity, service quality, satisfaction, perceived value, trust, and destination image towards attitudinal loyalty of Mounth Elizabeth Hospital (MEH) Singapore by Indonesian medical tourists’ perspectives. This research also features the limitations and recommendations for future researchers for their future academic researches.
