Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is the backend system that support the operational of core business to achieve their goals with effective and efficient. Through this ERP, the processes from the line production, planning, engineering until the human capital and financial aspect are connected and related. It will simplify the business process and reduce the unnecessary and un efficient work. Although ERP is useful, but the implementation is not cheap and need support from the management as stake holder. That is why the ERP implementation always through the feasibility study. If the benefit of ERP implementation beyond the cost, then the ERP is feasible to be implement. This research is to prove that benefit of ERP implementation is accordance with the feasibility studied. In the feasibility study, benefit measure using Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA). The method to prove the ERP benefit is comparing the Cost Benefit Analysis that assumed in feasibility study with the actual Cost Benefit Analysis after several years the ERP was going live. The conclusion of the research will describe whether the benefit of ERP implementation is bigger than the cost itself. This research is important as leaning point for company to achieve their goals.
