Abstract

The purpose of this research is to migrate from a manual process by using human labor to more an automated process. The Utensils which in this case the butter knives are sorted to the sorting machine in accordance to their purposes of use. Hence, from the sorting machine the butter knifes are transferred via conveyors, and from this conveyors to the tray stacking mechanism. With the implementation of center of mass and Newton’s Second Law theory and real scale of stacking mechanism is able to fulfill the requirement of the client. The stacking mechanism starts from the twister that change the butter knife by degree. Henceforth, after the twister the arm guider transfer to the wall guider and then to the magazine. This stacking system prove that the butter knife will change the position and fill the butter knife magazine.
