Abstract

Objective of this paper is to analyze the impact of innovation strategy on organizational learning and product innovation performance in SMEs food and beverage in Indonesia. Similar investigation of impact of innovation strategy on organizational learning and product innovation performance has been done in manufacture industry abroad. The studies carried out, have not been able to be generalized whether they can be applied in other industries and in other countries. Some adaptation of indicator both number and data construct are needed. A structural equation modeling analysis was conducted on the survey data collected from medium scale SMEs of food and beverage in South Tangerang. The result reveals that innovation strategy is positively related to product innovation performance and organizational learning in SMEs South Tangerang.
