Abstract

This study analyzes the e-service quality on Indonesian consumer e-loyalty towards online food products with e-satisfaction as mediating variable and sales promotion as moderating variable, using Go-Food as unit of analysis. The finding shows that e-service quality has a strong direct influence to e-loyalty of online food products. Sales promotion doesn’t moderate the influence of e-service quality towards e-loyalty of online food products. E-satisfaction partially mediates e-service quality’s towards eloyalty of online food products. Questionnaires were distributed to 150 respondents in Jakarta who have previously experienced using online food delivery service. This study uses the multiple linear regression analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, t-value test, and SEM path analysis. Data in this study are analyzed using SPSS V.21 and LISREL V.8.8 software.
