Abstract

The Data Management is playing an important role in Infradigital Nusantara. As a new company that still growing rapidly, data is used everywhere in the organization such as: finance team, management, customer, product, etc. Currently the management flow of the data is still not there yet causing messup on data quality such as: accuracy, correctness, and efficiency. The Business Process Modelling, RACI matrix and qualitative research are used to build data process model and data governance in the company using ARIS EXPRESS tools. Gap analysis is used to compare the existing data and government regulation as the company must align with regulation. The ownership of the data mapped into roles and responsibilities, produce very clear data governance architecture that can help company to comply with government regulation.
