Abstract
In this thesis, a system is made by utilizing Android application as the user interface, the concept industry 4.0 networking protocol: OPC-UA, and MQTT, and odroid that use as the intelligence unit for simulating a Mobile Robot as the delivery services and the Storage System. The system is made to simulate the automated retrieving system from the Storage system unit to the user with the use of the android application. The system work from the requested item that is trigger from the android application to the system. Each of the units is independent system that has a simple AI based concept in a form of rules, and each of them has a self-diagnose system to determine the condition of the machines based on the sensor data. And because of the independent system, it makes the overall system became scalable for the industrial places. These implementation to the machines is the one who makes the machines “Smart” and also automated. These thesis aim is to achieve these basic overall system that can be installed in a real working environment.
