Abstract

This research focused on the public relations strategies of PT Nestlé Indonesia in Communicating Creating Shared Value to Nestlé Healthy Kids Programme Beneficiaries. The theories used in this research are Public relations Strategy, Creating Shared Value, and public theory. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data primarily were collected from two internal sources and six external sources and an expert. Secondarily, the data is collected from Creating Shared Value Report of PT Nestlé Indonesia, library study, journals and internet. Research result shows that the strategy used by PT Nestlé Indonesia in communicating the Creating Shared Value to the Nestlé Healthy Kids programme beneficiaries was good, because the Nestlé Healthy Kids programme beneficiaries which are the elementary schools, they already understand and run the program. However, even though the Nestlé Healthy Kids programme beneficiaries are already running the program, they still do not understand the meaning of the Creating Shared Value concept and still think that the Creating Shared Value especially in the Nestlé Healthy Kids program is one of Nestlé Indonesia's Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
