Abstract

Organizational culture provides more competitive advantage through commitment, strong association, and establishment of culture while grit has become one of the most important non-cognitive predictors of key outcomes. The wide variety of literatures about organizational culture either in hospitality or other industries have been explored. On the other hand, the study about grit were mostly held in academic field. Hence, this research has a scope limitation specifically in hospitality Industry. The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational culture and grit towards organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This research is conducted in Atria hotel Gading Serpong using quantitative analysis through questionnaire with 60 respondents of the employees. Then the study utilizes data analysis such as F-test, Ttest, and multiple regression is conducted to identify whether organizational culture and grit influence OCB or not, and how strong the influence of both variables. The result lead to the discussion that organizational culture and grit significantly influence OCB.
