Abstract

Utilization of ICT in the district government is a necessity. Mentioned in Presidential Instruction No. 3 of 2003 that the utilization of communication and information technology in the process of government will improve the efficiency, effectiveness, transparency and accountability of governance. E-Government is an effort to develop the administration of electronic-based governance. A structuring of management systems and work processes within the government by optimizing the use of technology and information and communication. But there is no guidance on how to implement IT in the government environment. This causes the E-government Program has not been successful until now. IT Process is key in ensuring the successful implementation of IT in government. IT quality assurance will provide guidance on how to apply IT in E-government programs. Planning of Information System, Investment management, System realization, System operation, System maintenance, Information Technology policy and evaluation monitor of Information Technology, all of them are IT Quality Assurance for E-Government Indonesia program.
