Abstract

If IT just in technology area the implementation it is not so difficult as long as either the company have the expert or have the budget to hire the expert. The challenge arose when there are questions about the IT capability align with company business strategy. Because the company as a whole package consist all the resources that work together to achieve the intended goals. The company resources could be considered as company capability to run the business and to win the business competition. This capability comprises business principles, business process, organization structure, company culture, information system, technology and the skill of its employee. Enterprise Architecture is one of the well-known and widely used model to defined of how the relationship among company capabilities could support each other’s to achieve company business strategy. The capability to manage finance in a company is paramount because a business is not a business without money involved in it and a business cannot run without sufficient working capital. This research is to defined the IT capabilities required that aligned and fit with financial management strategy in MRO Industry through qualitative research methodology using enterprise architecture process.
