Abstract

The main purpose of this thesis project was to design and manufacture a feeder system that could replace the manual feeding of contact lens mold. By creating a feeder system that will be integrated with the existing mold separator, it could increase the processing speed of the system. By implementing rotary feeding system that is simpler than most of feeder in the market in terms of manufacturing and cost, and also combining with PLC system that will control the rotary feeder.
