Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze of incentives on the productivity. This research purpose to analyze how big is the impact of the incentives on productivity, so that every sectors of company can be suggest implementing incentives to boost their productivity. As the case study for this research the particular company is a tea factory and plantation, without a doubt tea is a very famous beverage, and consumed in every nation throughout the world, with the population of all workers in PT.X, The study had the following objective: to find out any correlation between incentives and productivity. This research used probability sampling especially cluster sampling method, to achieve these goals, a questionnaire was designed based on the objectives for 88 samples from the production section in PT.X measured with Slovin’s formula by calculating the total population with 90% confidence level and 10% of maximum margin error. The completed questionnaires were processed and analyzed using Simple Linear Regression. The findings of this study revealed that there was a positive correlation between incentives and productivity. More over, job promotion play important role to boost productivity in this company. Based on the hypothesis testing result, the company could offer more job promotion, bonuses and maintain their productivity.
