Abstract
Most people dine out because they had tight schedule so they don’t have enough time to cook and dine at home. With a lot of restaurants out there, themed restaurants are quite successful. This study will find out what factors that made people dine at themed th th restaurants. The data collection was conducted from March 24 – April 6 and was able to collect 112 respondents of themed restaurants customers in Jakarta. Data was analyzed using Microsoft Excel to be organized. Hence, the Mean and Standard Deviation was calculated. 64% of the respondents are from Generation Z which means most of the customers of themed restaurants are Genetation Z. They tend to like the concept of themed restaurants more than the older generation. Themed restaurants need to maintain their quality of food and the theme, which are decorations, atmosphere, music, etc. Every elements in themed restaurant are important to attract more customers.
