Abstract

Nowadays, growth of Seminyak as tourism destination very fast, with many new villas, hotels and restaurants opened in the region of Seminyak. This research focusing on the restaurants strategies based on the competition in Seminyak This research intended to identify know which restaurants components that have most influential effect for restaurant strategies on facing with high competition in Seminyak. The purpose of this research is to analyze the various components that enhances strategy of restaurants in seminyak. Marketing mix is the main strategy analyzed in this research. Source of data collected are from primary and secondary data. The primary data are obtained from interview of the restaurant representatives and the secondary data are collected from books, journal and internet.The result of this research identified product and promotion as component with most influential in the marketing strategy while price considered as less important component in their strategy. This research is to give suggestions and recommendation for new or existing restaurants in seminyak as reference for developing restaurant strategy.
