Abstract

Tourism is setting itself to be a major economic factor in the world (UNWTO, 2015). The growth of the tourism industry can also contribute to developing countries such as Indonesia. A growing number of tourists that visits a destination and the growing number of returning guest can measure growth. The research question posed within this thesis ask whether or not tourism product satisfaction and tourist intention to return have a meaningful and significant relationship, and which of the tourism product affects the overall tourism product satisfaction. This research uses questionnaire to gather information regarding tourism product satisfaction and tourist intention to return using the likert scale. This thesis finds that there are no meaningful and significant relationship between tourism product satisfaction and tourist intention to return. In addition, the most influential tourism product to affect overall tourism product satisfaction is the food and beverage, followed by price, transportation, accommodation, and lastly attraction.
