Abstract

Pharmaceutical Industry is one of the fastest growing consumer segments in the world. This segment represents a major growth opportunity for medicine and drug store companies. Consumer awareness has allegated having significance effect to Consumer intention in herbal medicine. Since Indonesia has a huge natural resources, availability of herbal plants is high. The most objective of this research study is to analyze the Consumer awareness level, and Consumer intention regarding herbal medicine in Indonesia. The quantitative method of primary data is conducted through 150 questionnaire, with support from the secondary data. The interpretation of the data input will be implement by using SPSS and AMOS. Finally, the analysis about the impact of the interrelated factors is also established to give more significant implication.
