Further results show for hypothesis #3 that asymp sig value for incentive is 0.110 >α (0.110 >0.05) which is not greater than other indicators H1 is rejected. Hypothesis #4 show that asymp sig value for vacation is 0.040 >α (0.040 >0.05) which is not greater than other indicators H1 is rejected. Also, results show for hypothesis #5 that asymp sig value for pension is 0.020 >α (0.020 >0.05) and H1 is rejected. Lastly, results show for hypothesis #6 that asymp sig value for medical is 0.000 >α (0.000 >0.05) which is greater than other indicators H1 is accepted.
