Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of motivation and skills towards labor efficiency specifically at PT. Armada Johnson Controls. Preliminary research discovered that the lack of motivation and skill is what causes the inefficiency in PT. Armada Johnson Controls. Questionnaires will be distributed to prove whether Motivation and Skill will truly affect the worker’s efficiency. The findings of the questionnaires will be processed through SPSS to check whether they are valid and reliable, then through AMOS to generate Structure Equation Modeling needed to see the strength of correlation between the variables. The result shows that Motivation and Skill have significant effect on Labor Efficiency, with Skill as the bigger factor.
