Abstract
The main purpose of this research paper is to study the significance of Transformational Leadership and Job Satisfaction in relation with Job Performance at Company XYZ. The study is conducted on an Indonesian Bank. The study is based on quantitative data of 50 respondents from Company XYZ. This research utilised surveys through questionnaires to collect the data and used the SPSS for statistical analysis. Multiple inear regression analysis was used in this study. All the collected data was analysed and the findings then compared to literature review to provide conclusions and recommendation. Questionnaires were distributed among 50 respondents, where the employees of company XYZ were asked to rate statements based on their perceptions and agreeableness towards the given statements. The conclusion entails that Transformational Leadership and Job Performance has significant influence on Job Performance.
