Abstract
Health care is one of the most important elements that make the society works. Healthcare is an industry that involves doctors, hospitals, medicine, insurance, and many more company that is participating in this market. But beauty and skin care is a different things for some people in order to increasing their appearance, their invest more in Skincare and beauty clinic. Sales and value are increasing on beauty and skin care product of each country that has a good enough value. One of the countries that have a good growth value of beauty products and personal care is Indonesia. The studies analyze brand image, service quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty in beauty and skin care sectore. Using SPSS version 22 and Structural Equation Method (SEM) in AMOS version 24 for data analysis from quantitative research of 100 respondents using non-probability judgmental sampling. Result shows that four (4) from six (6) hypotheses were accepted, and two (2) hypothese were rejected.
