Abstract
The constant changing working environment of hospitality industry forced each of every hotel establishment to develop a way to retain their existence. Hence, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has been introduced to be one of the sole components in improving both individual and organizational performances. Several previous researches have indicated that OCB is not only influenced by its own indicator, but also by other variables, such as Employee Competence and Leadership Styles. The objective of this research is then to understand the significant relationship between OCB, Leadership Style, and Employee Competence. The research is conducted at Balairung Hotel in Jakarta, where the primary data is obtained from the non-managerial employees. Data analysis is done by both SPSS and AMOS, which specified that there is a significant relationship between the three variables. However, the weak correlation strength result of Leadership Style towards OCB is then become the main issue that could be discussed in further study.
