Abstract

This research paper objectives is to analyze the impact of job satisfaction on employee performance in PT. Bumi Serpong Damai. Data were gathered and collected through questionnaire, which distributed to employee of PT. Bumi Serpong Damai and the results will be analyze using the computer system of SPSS and AMOS. Findings showed that there is a positive correlation between job satisfaction and employee performance which is significant. Analysis based on AMOS showed that there is a moderate correlation between job satisfaction and employee performance of PT. Bumi Serpong Damai. Others factors also have a significant correlation on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction play a bigger role in determining employee performance.
