Abstract

The purpose of this research is to prove that the new system can increase the employee satisfaction. The new system can minimize the workflow process especially in finance expense claim. So with this new system the process time can be increased. And there is a statement that this new system can increase employee satisfaction. This thesis will make sure whether this new system can increase employee satisfaction. The method proves it by using questionnaire. The questionnaire distributes twice before applying the new system and after applying the new system. Then the index of employee satisfaction is found and compare it with T Test to know the significant different. Before find the index, validate the data first to make sure that the data from the questionnaire is valid. From 23 data that we get from the questionnaire, 15 data is valid. After that the employee satisfaction index is calculated. There is an increment of employee satisfaction index. Then T Test is performed to test whether there is a significant difference or not. The result is there is no significant difference for the employee satisfaction before and after the new system is applied. The conclusion is this thesis cannot prove that the new system can significantly increase employee satisfaction.
