Abstract
As a response to the significant Muslim market growth in Indonesia, hotel industry created innovative facility to satisfy the demand of Muslim customers called Sharia hotel. Because of that, this research is conducted to analyze the relationship between sharia implementation and customer satisfaction. Sharia Implementation is the variable X and Customer Satisfaction is the variable Y in this research. The sampling technique used in this research is Simple Random Sampling. The sample is customers who are staying or have stayed in Sofyan Inn Tebet Jakarta and the number of sample is 100 respondents where 30 respondents taken for pre-test and 70 respondents taken for post-test. Method of analysis in this research is simple linear regression which has one hypothesis. The result from t-test analysis reveals that there is an impact of sharia implementation towards the customer satisfaction in Sofyan Inn Tebet Jakarta and the magnitude of the impact is 45.8%. To improve the customer satisfaction, the suggestions for the management of Sofyan Inn Tebet Jakarta are to increase the add more varieties of halal foods, and the presence of prayer equipment in each room must be ensured.and make a publishment regarding guest selection policy.
