Abstract

The hotel sector is a service industry, and the majority of its services are mostly delivered by employees. When the employees are satisfied with their employment, they are more likely to deliver high-quality service to clients. Employees who are satisfied are more productive, optimistic, and creative than those who are dissatisfied. Job satisfaction has been characterized in a number of different ways. Employment satisfaction is defined as a pleasurable emotional state that results from evaluating one's job as attaining or assisting the fulfillment of one's job values. Interest inventories are commonly used to make career and organizational decisions. Though it is often considered that interest fit predicts work happiness, this is not the case. There are no statistically significant links between interest fit and job satisfaction. However, job satisfaction can also represent the distribution of job quality. Unfortunately, most components of work quality are expensive for businesses. There is still a lack of information on all of the employment outcomes that are significant to workers and how essential they are.
